Europe is in an exciting phase, both for investors and for patients. Prohibition Partners estimates that around €354 million of legal and unlicensed medical cannabis will be sold in Europe in 2022, and expects this figure to reach around €2.3 billion in 2026.
As huge new markets, such as Germany, move forward with the legalization of cannabis for adult use, Cannabis Europa enables interested parties to navigate this growing industry by connecting and collaborating with industry leaders and regulators.
MGC Pharma, Brains Bioceutical, Cannavigia and Lyphe Group were announced as the main sponsors of the event. Other major sponsors include Safricana, Cansativa Group, Canna-X and Metrc, among others, as Cannabis Europa’s biggest event to date draws near.
The agenda for the two-day event covers a wide range of topics: from the future of the cannabis supply chain to the socio-economic benefits of cannabis legalization in Germany, to the positive impact it could have across Europe.
Below is a sample of the speakers at the event:
- Dr. Carl Hart – Professor of Psychology at Columbia University
- CJ Wallace – Founder of Think Big
- Dr Kojo Koram – Lecturer in Law at Birkbeck School of Law, University of London
- Kristine Lütke MdB – Member of the Free Democratic Party (Germany)
